We provide a full-featured secure community where you can
interact and exchange information without worrying about your
personal information being shared with anyone but the Moncton
Boys and Girls Club administration and fellow alumni members.
Each approved alumni member can maintain a full personal homepage,
with a photo, contact information and profile.
Easy to Manage Administration of Your Information
This site includes a robust, yet simple-to-use
administrative backend that allows content such as images,
events, program information, announcements, newsletters and
any other content to be updated with very little computer
knowledge and no programming, HTML, or database knowledge
is necessary.
Maintain Direct Contact with Your Alumni
The Moncton Boys and Girls Club Alumni solution has a built-in
messaging system so you can keep in touch with your fellow
members without maintaining other email lists. We can push
email out to everyone in our alumni, or select a group by
specific criteria for example all those who were active in the club in 1973.
Using the messaging system enables us to pull our
alumni back to the site to specific content, such as events,
custom pages, announcements, club updates, and any content
we've added using the "ShareKnowledge" content management system.
Improve Alumni Interactivity
We can improve alumni interaction by selling tickets online,
managing donations, taking online event registrations, posting photos and driving
alumni back to the site. This will give our Alumni base a
reason to remain in contact with us and with one another.
